How do I set up my new service? 

Contact Georgetown Customer Care at (512) 930-3640 to request new service  

Texas Disposal Systems will deliver (1) one landfill, and (1) recycling cart directly to your home once your service has been set-up. If you would like additional carts, this can be set up with Customer Care.

Landfill carts will be collected weekly, while recycling carts are collected bi-weekly. Download the free Texas Disposal Systems Waste Wizard app to sign up for collection reminders, and service alerts.

New residents often find themselves with extra moving materials after unpacking their belongings.

Moving boxes and packing papers may be recycled in your recycling cart. No Styrofoam products including Styrofoam packing peanuts are accepted for recycling at this time. 

If the boxes and papers do not fit into your cart, please DO NOT use a plastic bag to put your extra recyclables in. For a large amount of cardboard boxes, you may neatly place one (1) bundle of broken down boxes next to your recycling cart.

You may also take recyclable materials to the City of Georgetown Transfer Station, located at 250 W.L. Walden Dr., and dispose of them at no charge.

Collection trucks run from:

7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (September 5th-May 31st)

6 a.m. to 7 p.m. (June 1st-September 4th)
