Texas Disposal Systems (TDS) is contracted to operate the public Transfer Station located at 250 W.L. Walden Dr.

**Please note- Texas law requires all in-bound loads coming to the Transfer Station to be secured while being transported.**

Secured loads can be achieved by using ropes or tie-downs and/or placing a tarp that is tied down over the materials to prevent roadside litter. For all unsecured loads there will be a $25 fee assessed at the time of payment.

The Transfer Station will not take the following: electronic, medical, or hazardous wastes (any item with a warning label), dead animals, or batteries.
